At Domarionow S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Domarionow", "we", or "the Platform"), we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our real estate crowdlending platform.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly when completing forms on our platform, including: full name, email address, and the content of messages you send us. We also collect technical browsing data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and time spent, always subject to your consent when applicable.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your personal data to respond to your inquiries and requests, inform you about real estate crowdlending projects, improve the browsing experience on our platform, comply with legal and regulatory obligations in force in Argentina, and analyze site usage in an aggregated manner to optimize our services.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: your express consent when completing forms or accepting cookies; our legitimate interest in improving our services; and compliance with legal obligations under Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, as well as the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
5. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and, in any case, for the periods required by applicable Argentine legislation. Contact data provided through forms is retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the last interaction, unless the law requires a different period.
6. Your rights
Under Law No. 25,326, you have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification or update, request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary, object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances, and revoke your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to privacidad@domarionow.com. We will respond to your request within the 10 business days established by current regulations.
7. International transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to service providers located outside Argentina, specifically for web hosting services, traffic analysis (Google Analytics), and communications management. In all cases, we require these providers to guarantee an adequate level of protection in accordance with the provisions of the AAIP and applicable international standards.
